The company provides trading, processing and transportation service to the non-ferrous recycling industry and nominated warehouses. Rand General Processing Company sources material from the local manufacturing industry, tenders, government auctions, scrap metal dealers and local authorities, as well as public suppliers. With a multitude of processing equipment, including 1200hp shredder, heavy media, magnetic and eddy current separation equipment, vertical grinders, balling machines, ball mills, super chopper, raspers, granulators, separating tables, water tables, classifiers, croppers and more. Rand General Processing Company produces a high quality secondary raw material for both local and international consumers. Rand General Processing Company has both the technical expertise and the experience to process most grades of complex and simple non -ferrous scrap, as well as material which requires certified destruction.
OUR HISTORY
Rand General Processing Company is a scrap metal recycling company, processing and trading non-ferrous scrap metal locally and internationally. Rand General Processing Company was founded by Brian Mike in 2018 where the company operates in Norwood- Western Cape, after which it moved on the Kimberley-Northern Cape side of the province. Rand General Processing Company installed it’s first scrap metal shredder in South Africa and In 2019, Rand General Processing Company obtained it’s government authorized mandate for bidding and sourcing Used Railway scrap R50-R65 from the state metro rails in same 2019 with a permissions to bid for any quantity of the Used Rails as per international buyers request.
